elevate any cheese and charcuterie board with Maya’s california figs + peaches jam. simply select your favorite cheeses and salami, arrange on a platter, garnish with fresh grapes and nuts, and spoon our rich and flavorful California figs + peaches jam into a dish and place in the center of the board. done! so simple and delicious.

bbq ribs and sauce

add fresh summer flavors to your favorite bbq sauce by adding maya’s apricots + peaches syrup. a super quick and yummy way to add fruits to your summer nights. we also recommend making a fresh peach salsa for your ribs (or whichever goodies you like to grill) by slicing up fresh peaches, adding some fresh mint, and topping it off with a swig of the same apricots + peaches syrup. yum!

 
ginger glazed salmon

ginger glazed salmon

everyone can get behind some perfectly cooked, juicy salmon. here’s our favorite way to cook it: glazed with maya’s pears + ginger syrup.

ingredients:

4 salmon filets

2 fresh limes

2 Ts Maya’s pears + ginger syrup

4 Ts soy or tamari sauce

2 Ts toasted sesame oil

2 garlic cloves

dash of fish sauce

knob of butter

bed of fresh veggies or salad to serve

how to:

mix together juice of 1 lime, maya’s pears + ginger syrup, soy/tamari sauce, toasted sesame oil, chopped garlic, and fish sauce. marinade salmon filets with the sauce for a least 30min.

heat butter in a pan and fry the filets until brown and crispy on all sides (about 10min total).

place salmon filets on fresh veggies or salad and garnish with fresh lime. done!

simply stir all ingredients together and serve with an orange twist or garnish with a fresh raspberry

classic and refreshing, but something truly memorable with the simple addition of our wild foraged elderflowers + lemon syrup. harvested by hand by our family in the catskill mountains once a year, this syrup is truly special to us. cheers!

you’ll need:

1/2 oz maya’s wild foraged elderflowers + lemon syrup

2 oz gin

3 oz tonic water

lime

mint

ice

how to:

simply stir all ingredients together and serve with a garnish of lime wheel and fresh mint

the cosmopolitan; we know it and love it - from sex and the city to a true girls night out! try the best version of a homemade cosmo in your very own kitchen with the purest ingredients.

you’ll need:

1/2 oz maya’s cranberries + lemons syrup

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

1/2 oz Cointreau

1 1/2 oz Vodka

ice

how to:

shake all ingredients together, strain, and serve.

 
mango marg

frozen (spicy) mango margarita

a summertime must - mango and chili. we love mango, and margaritas, so why not combine them? with salt rim optional, this is bound to be a hit at your next garden party

you’ll need:

1 oz maya’s mangoes + habaneros syrup

2 oz blanco tequila

1/2 oz Fresh lime juice

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 oz maya’s blueberries + black currants syrup

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

3 oz gin

ice

thyme to garnish

how to:

add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, mix, strain, enjoy. garnish with fresh thyme.

Classic butter creme is always amazing, but have you had it flavored with lavender? Take these to the next baby shower and be the best loved auntie ever.

You’ll need:

4 Tbsp Maya’s Peaches + Lavender jam

3 cups powdered sugar

1 cup softened butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

When you’ve got everything ready, cream together the powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the jam and vanilla and whip for another minute or so. Voila! Ready to be piped onto cupcakes, cakes, pies, whatever you like.
